CoastaLife’s roots go back to the start of our company itself. Based on the success of Florez & Florez in the Outer Banks, we created our first stock collection of home designs in 1998. The CoastalLife Planner proved to be a resounding success. Then in 2001, we opened a second office in St. Augustine Florida. The demand for stock plans has grown over the years, so the next step was to form CoastaLife Home Designs to accommodate those clients who prefer to choose a stock plan. Today, CoastalLife Home Designs has hundreds of plans that you can select from and adapt to your preferences when you are ready to build. And of course Florez & Florez still offers customized home designs.

These plans are all based on what has proven to work best in our 25 years of cutting edge, award winning home design. They’re all specifically created for coastal living, and since these homes are pre-designed, the building process is faster and more cost efficient. And in many cases, you can see our existing versions of the homes we offer.
