How do I know that F& F has received my order?
F & F will send you a conformation receipt w/ date of shipment.
What is the difference between Bond prints and Vellum Print?
Bond Prints are Plain paper copies of the plans. They can not be reproduced. Vellum Prints are a set of reproducible plans. With the vellum purchase it allows you to reproduce up to 15 copied sets and gives you a single licensed use more specifically the purchaser is allowed to use the plans to build one house only.
Do my plans have to be engineered?
Yes. Most states require that the plans be reviewed & sealed by a local engineer. (so your plans meet standard code and requirements that are specific to the area you are building in) in the area you are building in.
Do you have other plans than what is on your website?
Yes, F & F has thousands of stock plans. Please contact us with your specific critera so that we may better assist you.
Can I make changes to the plans I purchased?
Yes, Florez and Florez offers the option of modifying all of our plans, you must contact us with any special needs or specifics. See Modification Process. The second option would be to purchase the Vellum set. This will allow you the license to modify the plans personally or by a local draftsperson, designer, or Engineer to have the changes made.) The vellum is an erasable, reproducible, so it will better assist you in modifying your plans.) F& F is not responsible for modifications. F& F retains the copyright to the plans
& all modified versions.
Can I return the plans?
F & F will not accept any returns or exchanges. (All Sales are final and plans may not be returned for any reason. Prices for additional black lines or vellums apply only if ordered within 30 days of initial order. Additional shipping charges apply if ordered separately.)
Can I get the plan mirrored (reversed)?
Yes. F&F can mirror image your plan for a fee of $200.00 in addition to the price of the plan. Please let us know at the time of plan purchase. (Also,)Please note that with the Mirror image all text & dimensions(of the plan) will read right as well.
Can I get my plan floor reversed?
